Fitness has been part of

ReRe's life for as long as she can remember.

As a kid growing up in the 1980s, fitness wasn't something you scheduled—it happened naturally. The neighborhood was the playground. Skating, running around outside, made-up games, and staying active with friends were simply part of everyday life.

She was also an athlete from an early age. ReRe played flag football and was the only girl on an all-boys team—and the fastest player on the field. She briefly ran track, serving as the anchor leg in relay races and learning the value of teamwork, discipline, and showing up for others.

Over the past 20+ years, ReRe has explored fitness through big-box gyms, boutique studios, outdoor classes, boxing, Pilates, strength training, cardio workouts, and personal training. Along the way, she discovered what worked for her, what kept her motivated, and what made her actually want to come back.

Today, she's bringing those lessons together in her own style of group fitness.

ReRe's workouts combine many of the training methods she's personally benefited from over the years—circuit training, cardio intervals, strength exercises, partner work, intensity, low impact, and weight lifting. Her goal isn't to create elite athletes. It's to help everyday people move more, get stronger, feel better, and enjoy working out.

She's currently working toward her NASM Group Fitness Certification and continues to study how to create safe, effective, and welcoming workouts for people of all fitness levels.

What drives her most is the opportunity to build the kind of fitness community she spent years searching for herself.

Her mission is simple: bring fitness, community, and fun together to help people in her neighborhood stay active and healthy close to home.

When you take a class with ReRe, you can expect good music, positive energy, working with a partner, and a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace while still being challenged.
