    Our personal training programs are customized for adults (or young athletes) who want support with weight loss, strength training, mobility, injury prevention, and healthy aging.

    We also offer a member package with 8 sessions per month and a 10% discount.

    Each 1-on-1 session includes our Buddy Bond option, which means you can bring one person with you to train. This can be your child, spouse, sibling, or best friend.

    You can take a drop-in class for $35, or you can join as a member and pay about $25 per class.
