SEMI-PRIVATE
CLASSES
Get a personalized fitness experience with semi-private personal training in Inglewood—at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one coaching.
Our small-group training sessions are limited to 5–8 people, giving members a semi-private experience 2–3 days per week.
Each session is coach-led and tailored to each member's fitness level, range of motion, age, and goals. We also incorporate S.T.E.A.M.-inspired learning to help members better understand movement, health, and wellness.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Our personal training programs in Inglewood are customized for adults seeking weight loss, strength training, mobility improvement, injury prevention, or healthy aging support.
With your session you’re welcome to bring ONE buddy with you to workout together (can be your child, spouse, sibling or best friend).

Rooted provides sports performance training, strength conditioning, mobility training, and injury prevention coaching for youth athletes, adult athletes, and active adults in Inglewood.
