HOST AN EVENT @ ROOTED
STEP BY STEP
Private events, team gatherings, and community workshops—Rooted hosts the space, you lead the experience.
COMMUNITY COMES
FIRST
HOST ONE-TIME
EVENTS AT ROOTED
Rooted is more than a fitness studio—we care deeply about our community. That’s why we’re open to hosting smaller, local events like educational workshops, gatherings, and team bonding experiences right here in our studio.
This is a lighter, more accessible way to use our space for one-time events, while allowing the community to show their expertise in different audiences. We want local grassroots ideas to have a place to grow.
HOSTING=
Rooted provides the space.
You run the event.
RENTING=
A formal rental process for
ongoing or commercial use.
STEP 1
Customize Your Hosted Event
Pick your space, set the date and time, choose your activity, confirm group size, and add any equipment you need.
STEP 2
Sign liability waiver
Since Rooted is hosting the event in our studio, the party requesting the event is responsible for their guests, their experience, and the condition of the space during the event. The requesting party is a Volunteer Instructor for the session. They are responsible for the hosting fee and for all attendee-related liability.
By signing our Volunteer Instructor Agreement & Waiver, you acknowledge that Rooted is not liable for injuries during your session. You are responsible for having your participants sign their own waivers, and you are liable for any studio damages during your hosting time.
STEP 3
PAY HOSTING FEE
To avoid processing fees, we kindly ask that you pay us directly using one of these free payment apps:
Cash App: @getrootedlife
Zelle: info@getrooted.life
A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 60% is due day of event.
Need to cancel? No problem—just let us know in writing at least 5 days before your event to avoid lossing your 40% deposit.
STEP 4
Pre-Event Walkthrough
Before your hosting begins, we’ll do a quick walkthrough of the space together to note any existing damage. This helps protect both you and Rooted.
STEP 5
Clean-Up + Final Walkthrough
At the end of your hosted event, you're responsible for full cleanup and making sure the space is empty and left just as you found it.
