We built a smart, modular training system for low-impact or high-impact fitness training — giving us the freedom to create workouts that are as intense or as calm as you need. From recovery sessions to full-body performance, we tailor every workout to meet you where you are and helping you get stronger every time.

We run Rooted through our 93 Elements™ STEAM framework. Where we teach the why behind the workout: how science, tech, engineering, art, and math can show up in your workout—movement, breathing, energy, recovery, focus. STEAM makes fitness real-life learning, so results stick and confidence grows.

For busy, changing bodies: achy joints and stiffness, tight hips/low back from sitting, bad posture/tech-neck, limited mobility and balance, belly weight + slower metabolism, loss of muscle and bone density in menopause, low energy, stress, and creeping blood pressure/prediabetes.

We blend proven methods into a single, coach-led circuit training session so you get strong, mobile, and energized—without guessing what to do. Strength + Resistance, Yoga + Mat Pilates, Cycling + Functional Training, Cardio + Calisthenics. Every class mixes these styles for a smart full-body workout that fits real life.

Pro-athlete trainer (30+ years, Inglewood native) with eyes on your form every rep. Train in small groups that feel like 1:1. Coach obsesses over technique and form, giving real-time cues so you move safely and get stronger. No cookie-cutter circuits—fresh variety training. He also weaves in STEAM learning—simple lessons on how your body works while you work. Bonus: Coach built much of our custom equipment, tuned for smart, low-impact and high-impact training. We don’t just plant—we grow wellness. In small, hands-on cohorts, families learn to grow herbs and veggies and then use them for everyday care—think fire cider, juicing, seasonings, yoni steams—so you plant it, cook it, and heal with it together.
