It not only covers fitness and gardening, it also covers art, culture, nutrition, mental health, athletic coaching, mindfulness and more. The holistic approach addresses various aspects of life, allowing members to explore and experience the full spectrum of being [rooted].

OUR LEARNING TOPICS

MENTAL HEALTH EVENT

FOR BIPOC CREATIVE PROFESSIONALS

This event aimed to address the mental health challenges faced by BIPOC creative professionals. It features a relaxing lounge setup and Dr. Shelly Harrell, a psychologist specialized in BIPOC mental health, as the main speaker. Topics covered include dual-consciousness and how-to be authentically you, along with personal experiences shared by Nicholas Maye, an Executive Producer. The event includes facilitated conversations and meditation sessions led by Dr. Harrell. The event aims to provide tools for coping and improving mental health while fostering support and empowerment.
